Wynne kept the air moving about smoothly; disturbed only by the falling rocks. Tears slid from her eyes as she understood the significance of the shadows torment, the end of the storm, yet even with the lightning gone she kept feeding the air currents around the both of them, keeping the water at bay; unsure of what nasty surprises could come from that dark place. Soon though, after the smaller woman dropped and thanked her, she tried to hide the insult from being called ‘little’ as a very teenage way of thinking. She nodded silently, a look of defeat upon her young face. They had won, and yet, Wynne felt little joy in the victory.
Lomes movement confused Wynne, and it showed on the face of the young Sedi as she fell backwards, and she noticed only the woman’s eyes changing slightly. The soul fire hurt as a memory; for Wynne was absent when the whom of Lomes was explained – she thought her only another odd looking individual. So of course when the Captain’s body lifted up Wynne started, the brief winds almost becoming chaotic for a second as her control slipped, before she carefully fed it again. The man was breathing, where he lay dead only seconds before as if nothing happened. Color drained from the girls face, yet her lips curved in a smile before her eyes turned to the body creating itself and she blinked; realizing only belatedly what the golden light around the woman’s hand meant.
Slowly an image of her Father appeared, though only slightly changed and she felt hope tear at her yet still she fed the waters, keeping them at bay. When Lasius woke up she silently placed a shield around those who stood, understanding somewhere in there Malkate had passed out in the cold waters. Closing her eyes even as the amusement from hearing her Uncle sputter and snarl about his hair, she focused the winds around them, and as soon as everyone; including the pale pirate, was shielded; she called the winds to her, feeling the air currents around her as they started digging not to far away from them, pushing away at the Earth with the sheer force as if they were a solid object, packing together until an effective lake sized hole was built.
Even as she heard rustling around her, she pushed the waters using the sheer force of the winds again, pushing hard against her shields but the other currents held strong. Sweat beaded against the Air Sedi’s head as she worked, but her body stood strong in it’s thought process. Her hands moved as if she were directing a symphony; not needed but simply an amplifier for concentration. She shoved the water into the hole, leaving the grounds beneath them merely damp from where the earth had managed to suck up what it could of the cold element. Once that was done she let the shields drop, slumping only slightly as her eyes reopened, the feeling of the energy stored before slipping away in her movement of the stuff that probably would have caused Lasius more displeasure at being wet and thus; having to get new clothing again.
Instead, knowing and understanding that the Dark haired Sedi woman whom apparently was the new Sage of Darkness – she didn’t care at that moment in time. She rushed over to the new body of Daegan, and threw her arms around him and hugged him, uncaring of if he was pleased about it or not, she was an adolescent girl, but he was still her father and one of the few people she felt she had left in this world. Sitherack’s death left only a cold, almost unfulfilled place in her but she wouldn’t voice it; those gathered had suffered enough from the tyrants actions… she didn’t wish to worry anyone with her petty feelings at this time.

Daegan gasped for air as his eyes flashed open. The Soul Fire ring was absent around his now ice-blue eyes for only a second before it suddenly ignited. The aqua flames took over the whole of his eyes for just a moment as Daegan gasped again, his skin tingling as the shadows across the battlefield surged towards him. He wasn’t quite aware of everything, but he could feel Lomes at his side and soon – through the Sage within him – the return of Lasius. A soft smirk spread over his face as his shadows pooled around his body, wrapping around him with the delicate touch of a lover.
He grunted as Wynne smashed into him, falling backwards with light laughter. He returned his daughter’s embrace, holding her tightly in his arms as the shadows seethed around them both. Daegan kissed her forehead gently before slowly standing to his feet with a sort of pride, looking over the devastation of the field of battle meaningfully. He took everything in; the steady breathing of the pirate, the figure of Malkate, the older looking Lasius and Lomes.
The Sage’s eyes returned to Malkate and narrowed slightly, his hands curling into fists for only a second before he turned back to Lasius. He knew full wealth that the Sage of Darkness must live on for existence to continue as a whole, and – in the back of his mind – found it highly ironic that the bastard had chosen the Sage of Light’s lover.
Still, he did not speak. He only breathed calmly and deeply, letting all four of his lungs fill and decompress with a sort of relaxation he had not felt in a long time. The shadows followed his every moving, wrapping up and around his body like tiny snakes, hissing their delight at the return of their master. It made the corners of his mouth tug into a half smile as he turned his attention to the destroyed Darkness Temple.
Slowly he moved towards it and in the blink of an eye his form vanished altogether. The shadows, however, remained, and they surged forward into the opening of the Temple. An outline of his form seemed to burst from the floor of the slithering shadows as he moved into the ruins, eyes narrowing at the destroyed bodies of both Lasius and himself. A single tendril of lashed out, screaming to the hilt of the Arc of Shadows. Daegan’s form vanished again and as soon as the tendril of shadow wrapped around the Arc, his hand reached out to grab it.
He shivered slightly with the sudden rush of power, his shadowed form flickering slightly. He groaned as he made his free hand corporeal once more, grabbing the other Arcs as quickly as he could. Fire, Lightning, and Light – all still corrupted went soaring from the Temple’s entrance and smashed into the ground outside as Daegan roared. The roar grew louder as the Arc of Darkness was flung out of the Temple next, swinging through the air in a torrent of blackness. Once more his shadow formed bellowed as he emerged from the Temple, his rapidly blistering hand now holding the Arc of Death as he moved back towards those assembled.
“That hurt like hell. If I never see the Arc of Fire in my life it wouldn’t be too soon.”
Daegan smashed the Arc of Death into the ground as he moved away from the rest of the Arcs, keeping only the Arc of Shadows for himself. His blistered hand flashed from view as he once more returned to his shadowy form, now seemingly floating across the battlefield rather than walking. His eerie eyes fell to Lasius as he bowed to the man.
“Lord General, your Arcs.”

Conciseness returned to her slowly; almost painfully. The first thing she was aware of was that her entire body was shaking, that her black dresses contoured to her every curve like a leathery skin, and that the long strands of her obsidian hair were pooled like snakes around her; and that her duel lungs were rapidly loosing the water that had filled them from her fall into it. Her head throbbed for a few minutes as she pushed herself upwards, feeling that the presence was a dull throb at the moment, as she grew used to it like a second symbiotic skin. Her violet eyes blinked rapidly a few minutes as she stared at the empty area around her; devoid of water before she pulled her legs under her, muscles shivering beneath the skin as she did, her hand going up to push her hair behind her ears as she looked at the cause of her sudden wakefulness.
Daegan had roared, and she stared at the Arc of Darkness, an almost loathing filled with the desire filling her. Her violet eyes flickered to the corrupted lights and she closed her eyes for a few minutes before she moved towards them. She hadn’t seen Lasius’ resurrection though a soft tugging filled at her as she moved towards the Arcs. She hesitated only slightly before she removed the Arc of Darkness from the soil, feeling it throb along her skin. She almost dropped it but the knowledge of how to use it filled her mind with the presence of the Sage. So she turned to the corrupted Arcs, setting the Arc of Darkness down once more and closed her eyes as she placed both hands on them; and started to remove the Darkness from them, unwinding the power that had been placed in them by Sitherack prior. She ignored the howling deep within her as the Sage of the Dark fought; but her will was greater in this.
It was like tugging at the very essence of things and she knew she’d be exhausted after this because it had been corrupted for quite awhile, it took hours to corrupt the thing but irony suggest that like in directions it’s always easier to break than it is to fix. She knew Lasius was back, she heard faintly his horror at gray hairs and it amused her but she didn’t want to see him quite yet. The urge to beat him that had nothing to do with the Sage of Darkness but with getting killed yet again being foolish was still raw in her. So she pulled at the corruption. Channeling her energies through the Arc of Magick (Her staff lay discarded on the ground where she’d been) she froze time around herself much as Lomes had done, though her ability was not to completely freeze but to slow down by seconds. So she carefully pulled at the Darkness until the weariness of holding both spells got to her and she dropped it, leaving behind the Arc of Light and Lightning free of the Darkness.
She grasped onto the Arc of Darkness again, letting the artifact fill her energy up even though she was still exhausted in body as she was uncharacteristically hungry and thirsty. Suddenly though, she started laughing, a deep sound as her fingers closed around the Arc of Darkness, and it simply vanished from her hands. Wielding a large ax wasn’t something she planned on doing at this moment in time, and it was safe where she could retrieve it and would be alerted if another tried to take it; such as the wily existence Sedi that knew where her dwelling was and probably was after the red haired mage that had caged her previously. She turned, slightly, staring at Lasius and his now long hair, tilting her head like that of a large cat as she studied him, her laughter turning only slightly primal before it faded off and a large smile curved her lips as she started moving back towards the man. Her time in the bubble had dried her hair and dress but her feet were soaking as she’d never put on shoes since her rebirth, covered in the mud and was getting soaked all over as she moved through the mushy earth.
She stopped near him, reaching out to run her fingers through his hair, through the lengths as she laughed softly under her breath at the Silver pieces, the few strands that were there before she glanced at his Temple where the more pronounced one lay – fingers reaching out to touch the spot before her hands moved behind his neck and her violet eyes locked with his and her eyes narrowed, a growl rumbling from her lips.
“Lasius Riley al’Sedi; can you for once go into a fight without maiming and or killing yourself? As if Lomes here hasn’t done enough in these past few days you go and give her more work to do, it’s only fitting that you have the silver.”
She paused, a wicked grin forming over her features; a rare sight indeed as she looked out the sides of her eyes at him.
“In some of the lands, even the youth find it… fun… to add strands of silver to their hair as a style. You’ll be the rage of Sethia.”
Her lips quivered as she suppressed more laughter at his expense, before she shook her head again. She moved towards Lomes, moving to reach over and grab the girl by the shoulders gently, and lean in to kiss her on the cheek in a sisterly way. Then she turned back to Lasius before wiggling her toes slightly in the mud.
“All in favor of a warm bath, a warm meal, and a hot bed say aye..”
She paused, her eyes flickering to Daegan before another smile cursed her lips, and she added, half in mumble;
"...Or perhaps a solid form."

Lasius blinked caught completely off guard by the sudden appearance of Malkate, toting uncorrupted Arcs nonetheless. He was still processing so much, that he had been distracted. Daegan had retrieved Arcs from the temple, hurting himself in the process, man couldn't even keep a brand new body in decent shape for more than a few minutes, and now Malkate was walking towards him like a cat stalking a mouse. There was certainly a predatory look in her eyes that he had not noticed previously.
He took an involuntary step backward as he sensed the Sage of Darkness inside her. The Sage of Light hissed in his mind, but he crushed its presence ruthlessly. It had resided in him for countless millennium, he had done much to advance the cause of the light in that time, but it had come to know him more intimately than any other mentality possibly could, it knew when not to push an issue. He forced tension out of his shoulders as she leaned close to him and touched his hair whispering in his ear, the soft growling tone raising the hairs on the back of his neck.
“Well you have some room to speak!”
He jabbed her in the ribs of her new Sedian body, a body put forth because of her death, a death she endured in her last fight with Sitherack. He sighed at her comment concerning him being all the rage in Sethia, his gray eyes rolling back in his head, he contemplated just passing out there on the spot. Somehow he had this strange idea that fighting Sitherack was a lot easier than dealing with this new Sage of the Dark was going to prove to be.
“You... You... I'll deal with you later.” He turned to Lomes “And you! So help me if I ever have to remake you I'm going to make you bald!”
“Now, that’s not fair. She did it in good humor… she could have done worse.” Malkate’s lips curved into that grin – though it was not so much the Sage within her as just her simplistic joy that they all survived; in a matter of saying. Though as he said she was one to speak she grunted, squirming slightly as he jabbed at her, her hands moving to rub at her side almost unconsciously. She moved closer to Lasius, almost thoughtlessly, her arm moving to curve around his waist and pull him closer to her. She was nervous almost, her hands hesitant as if she wasn’t sure with the Sage within her now that there would be a new obstacle to over come; and she’d recently only managed to understand his affections weren’t hostile in nature and wouldn’t be – for what lay between them was settled with three simple words. “Besides, I like it.”
His eyes played over her soaked figure and an unconscious smirk tugged at his lips, he had a feeling that the Darkness and the light were going to have a seriously complicated interaction beyond anything recorded in Sedian history before now. He pulled his mind back to focus with difficulty, and glanced over at Daegan.
“Oh don't even start with the bowing and all that Lord General shit Daegan. You dropped that title on me because you didn't want to deal with it anymore, theres nothing more to it. I'll give you a break from it for a little while but don't think for a minute that you are off the hook for good!”
He finally just tilted his head back and laughed. It was over, he was almost disappointed, not having an opponent to test his strength against was always something that saddened him, but there was plenty to do ahead of him to keep him occupied.
”Alright well as we speak the whole of the remaining Sedian Population is being ruled by some pirates in Sethia, a city filled with priceless treasures far more than the mind could comprehend. Not that I doubt the honor of good captain Ishmael's men, but I know a thing or two about temptation.” He squeezed Malkate's waist and smirked slyly.
“Alright, it's high time we got back and started Picking up the pieces. Daegan take Lomes, go to Sethia and round up about half the population. Take them to Cyrida to help you with rebuilding the economy and military structure down there, not to mention any damage your city may have suffered while you have been away. I'll take Malkate and start the Rebuilding process in Sethia. Captain Ishmael, I would offer you the position of Commander of the entire Sethian Navy if I thought for a minute you would be interested, but I know a bit about life on the Sea. I'll be happy if you just drop by Sethia once in awhile and see how us land crawlers are doing, and of course the Arc of Water I leave to you.”
He stepped away from Malkate walking slowly and retrieving the remaining falling Arc's save for Water. He held Light, Lightning, Death, and Fire, he held them in his hands silently gazing down at them, only Light and lightning were of any use to him, Fire was still corrupted, and Death he had a bit of a distaste for personally. “I'll hold these in the Keep at Sethia till we can figure out what to do with them. For everyone safety we should try to keep the Arc's dispersed, gathering them together like this inevitably leads to utter chaos.”
“I will… fix… the Arc of Fire at a latter date, when I have had time to fully rest.” Laughter tugged at Malkate’s lips as she watched Lasius move about issuing orders and a soft growl almost escaped her lips. She’d not forgotten about her previous promise that once the world stopped trying to end she was going to corner him and have a very long discussion with him. It wasn’t her fault if her mind kept going to things other than talking, the way he just keep strutting around, or the way that his clothing hung against him – or the lack of it she kept seeing upon his person. An almost possessive glimmer entered her eye as she thought about indeed what he looked like unclad and wondered idly if his hair was the only thing that had changed about him – her eyes flickering to Lomes for all of a brief second before they turned back to Lasius. At least he had the sense to send the woman off with her lover and stay with her. She reached up a hand, running it through her hair slightly, surprising herself only as the obsidian strands filtered through them before she looked at the Captain, sighing. She could travel instantly as well as Lasius, as well as Daegan and Lomes, but the pale man simply didn’t seem to have it in him to do such. Though her eyes glittered slightly as she looked at the small Wind Sedi as she nodded at the girl, then looked back to the Pirate Captain. “I’m sure young Wynne here would love to help you back to your ship… but mind you, remember whom her Father is.” The last she said with a glimmer of a crooked grin before she looked back to Lasius, holding the Arcs. “Lasius, I believe that you owe me five minutes of uninterrupted world ending time.”

He winced as his eyes opened, the strange water filling them immediately as he pushed himself up slowly. The water in his lungs was more of annoyance than anything and after he had stumbled to his feet – catching himself with the Arc of Water – he sort of slumped back down. His hair and tattered clothing were soaked and he was utterly confused. It showed in his face as he knitted his brows together, pulling his knees to his chest and draping his arms over them. He glanced at what appeared to be everyone and his brow knitted together more.
“It’s been emotional.”
Muttering to himself he shook his head and slowly stood. He only half heard Lasius’ words, and in the back of his mind wondered just how much devastation his men had laid to the city. He was almost positive that at least one vault had been completely ransacked and hoped that was it. After all, it’d been awhile since any of them had done any sort of piracy and it wasn’t cheap to employ as many pirates as he did. Sure most would stay on anyway out of sheer loyalty to the pirate Captain, but everyone needed a little gold here and there.
He frowned again as he glanced over at the Air Sedi and shook his head once more. Wretched Air Sedi. Always so high and mighty, pompous and pure. He muttered more under his breath before glancing over at Lasius once more, arching a brow.
“As near as I can tell, there isn’t a jitatin worry at sea. I can’t promise a few merchant ships won’t come up missing here and there, but the waters will be safe enough. And unless you want to get a bunch of shovels and start digging a trench, Sethia isn’t really a port for us.”
He sighed and rested his weight upon the Arc of Water. He wasn’t used too this. The most heroic thing he’d done was take over several heavily armed ships at the same time while barely having any sort of casualties to his own crew. Things would be different from now on it seemed. But still, ultimately, the Captain was proud. He had shown that pirates – fierce as they may be – could be counted upon when the time was right.
But he was anxious to return to the seas and it showed in his face.

Daegan’s eyes locked onto Malkate as she moved towards the Arc of Darkness, his hands curling tightly around the hilt of his own Arc. In slight horror – that he tried to keep concealed – he watched as she picked up the battle axe and watched as it vanished. It was no relief to see the artifact suddenly vanish and he took several steps forward as she moved towards Lasius. The tendrils of shadows swarmed around his body with each step, bits of them rising up as if waiting to attack.
With the death of Sitherack, Daegan did not trust this new Sage. Even with all of the corruption, Daegan had known Sitherack for quite some time and to say the man was honorable at one time was an understatement. He cared for the Sedi, arguably, more than even Lasius. Darkness and Shadows rarely existed in peace, but the look in Malkate’s eyes and the knowledge that Sitherack was essentially within her was not comforting in the slightest.
His eyes narrowed at her words as his figure flickered with the shadows. The flickering stopped suddenly as his form sort of stepped out of the shadows, the seething mass falling away from his body in a second, the Soul Fire exploding from the small ring in his eyes to cover his entire body. He gripped his Arc tightly as he kept his eyes locked on the new Sage of Darkness, the aqua fire quickly reach such brilliance as it had in the fight with Sitherack.
He did not listen to Lasius’ words; instead, he continued to watch Malkate. He had witness Lasius betrayed many, many times in the past and would not allow such atrocities to his friend again. Not after what they had just been through. He grimaced slightly before speaking, offering only one warning.
“The Shadows see all, Sage of Darkness. You’ll do well to remember that. I am the enforcer. I am the balance.”
The Soul Fire flared one more time before it winked out entirely. His was completely serious, with obvious undertones of anger and frustration. He found his distrust to be perfectly logical and was slightly disturbed that Lasius did not share the same concern. The two knew first hand the strength and power Sitherack had attained and to have to essence floating around in a freshly created Sedi was difficult to swallow to say the least.
“Captain, the ports of Cyrida welcome you and your crew for your services to the Sedian Nation. I will have quarters established for you and your crew within my Tower as well as your own docks and quarters by the waters.”
He turned to face Lasius and bowed once more, his face still showing the severe mood he was in. Of course he was always the brooding, irritated type – partially because of his chosen profession – but it was evident that even with the victory they had achieved, Sitherack had still won. Infesting the newest Sedi to try and corrupt the Sage of Light.
“Lord General.”
Daegan then turned to look at Lomes, and tried to offer her a smile, but it was false. His face was painted with his frustration and irritation at the possibilities that could unfold. Closing his eyes he turned one last time to look at Malkate, his eyes moving over her from head to toe before stopping to lock onto her eyes one last time. His own flared with Soul Fire as a sort of exclamation point to his warning before his body flickered from existence altogether, the shadows that had gathered around him snapping back to their original positions. The only thing that remained was a slight trace of the eerie aqua fire and soon that was gone as well.

She ignored Lasius' comments for the most part, the one about remaking her bald produced an involuntary twitch in her left temple amusement or agitation who knew. Her attention was more expertly focused on Malkate and Daegan. Some things took more than a battle to resolve, countless eons had the forces of Light Darkness and Shadows struggled against each other. Natural suspicion would breed between the three and over time either be over come or drive a wedge between them. She hoped for Lasius' Sake it was the former.
She cast an apologetic look at Malkate as Daegan vanished and turned away from the couple taking hold of the power from the Arc of Dreams she stepped from this world into the Dream world. She didn't travel using any of her other elements because she had used enough of her own energy over the past few days that she felt it was only fair to take advantage of the inexhaustible well of energy provided her by the Arc's upon her hand.
The Dream world was conformable, changeable with the whims and thoughts of those who resided within it, and for her to simply think of being next to Daegan as he emerged from the Shadows was enough for her to be in that place. She stepped back out of the dream and watched him as he reappeared. Her pale green eyes were filled with obvious concern for the man, They both knew that there was no other alternative, the Sage of Dark must exist it couldn't be destroyed not and allow balance to be maintained.
“It will be well, after all whats the point in continuing if only the worst possible outcome ever occurs? I think it's time for some rest Shadow Lord of Cyrida, Let's get your people and go home?”
She watched him quietly, she knew the dangers he envisioned were completely possible, she would keep her eyes open as well, but deep in her mind she truly felt there had to be some other way, Darkness and Light did co exist after all, even if they constantly sought to annihilate each other. Shadows themselves were proof of that.
“Besides we need to make sure the Sedi are ready, Sitherack has been vanquished but this world is far from safe for us yet. Besides with all the cataclysmic energies released over the past week, who knows what the repercussions may have been...”

Lasius sighed as Daegan departed, he had known the mans reaction to the new Sage of the Dark would be similar to his dislike for Sitherack, in his mind the two were inseparable even by death. Even his mind approached the situation warily, The Sage of Dark was dangerous, but by those same rights so was the Sage of Light and Shadows, it all depended upon your perspective. There was an opportunity present here with having the Sage present in Malkate, as long as old animosity between him and her didn't spring back to life.
He watched as Daegan and then shortly after Lomes vanished from view. The Pirate captain Ishmael, and Daegan's sole living daughter were still here. So much behind them, and so much ahead of them, these two relatively young had no idea what they had in store for them in the coming centuries. Had anyone tried to tell him what would have happened in his life thousands of years ago he'd have laughed it off.
His mind abruptly switched tracks, enough of all this serious brooding and contemplative thought, it was done, at least for now they were safe. Time for fun.
“Gee Mal, you look a little wet there. Looks like the good Captain has one upped me here, instead of dropping you in the Lake, he dropped the lake on you”
He smirked and twisted the Arc's of Light and Lightning into the empty sheaths at either hip and then tucked Fire and Death behind his belt at the small of his back so as to leave his hands free. And he turned in the direction Sethia lay his gray eyes flickering to the lack of clouds overhead, which he rectified with a mere thought and tug of power from the Arc of Lightning. Between the countless miles from here to Sethia a storm front abruptly boiled out of no where, thunder rumbling ominously across the clouds.
“Well, guess there's only one thing left to do.” Lightning flickered from cloud to cloud overhead, reflecting in the pupils of his eyes as he glanced at Mal “Race ya!” His form immediately flickered and vanished lightning streaking off towards Sethia racing from cloud to cloud.

Malkate’s eyes turned to Daegan as he approached her, and weariness entered them. She knew that look well, and it would seem that her newly placed ‘curse’ upon her was already earning her enemies. The man had fought by her side and she had fought by his but now she was something else to him; no realization there in the man’s eyes that she was two different people entirely. She’d never give into the Dark, and having it within her now she understood it slightly better than before. She’d not be so easily corrupted, she’d not be so weak minded; and though Sitherack had endured much in his life Malkate’s sympathy only extended as far as his abilities were concerned. She’d been something beyond most of this; once upon a time; simply, the fact of the matter was that the Sage of Shadows did not know her.
As he challenged she felt that Darkness stir within her, felt it try and fill those violet eyes as she narrowed them at Daegan, feeling the itch of power that was there. She knew it then, temptation; the snake in the blood but she closed her fist as if to resist that itch, taming her face to it’s neutrality as her meditation practices calmed her blood. Reality’s bubble it would seem, burst around her and the truth harsh of the fact was the creature inside of her was something they had tried to face and could not extinguish for balance; but in Malkate’s mind a world without higher deities was unbalanced, for who would guide the dead and keep them from rushing into the living? The complexities of thus were not on her mind currently beyond lingering thoughts; but that was something for another time.
Daegan’s words irritated her but mostly they made her tired. Tired already of the battle she had ahead; not to convince the man because she was sure that he was far beyond that; but the mistrust that would always be there for she was a woman who was now the Sage of Darkness, to whom loved the Sage of Light. History would be interesting in these times and she could easily guess at his mind for would she be in his shoes where he knew little of her; would she not think the same? She nodded returning an almost sad smile to Lomes; she understood that Lomes would probably try and convince Daegan that she’d seen her soul and that it was not as twisted as Sitherack’s probably had been at one point. Though she wasn’t so sure the Sage would let his mind be twisted; for he was balance and in all things balance must be upheld. Justice was blind; as it were.
Though Lasius broke her brooding thought with a single comment that ended up giving her eye a tic, the muscle twitching as she looked back at him and then at the Pale Pirate; though there was no animosity there only a deep humor that wrinkled her eyes before she let out the harsh abrupt laughter that filled her. She nodded to the two before turning back to Lasius as he called forth the storm and her violet eyes twinkled, never having the time to offer a gamble as the man dove into the storm.
“Show off.”
She grumbled, before turning her body instantly into it’s element, only she could ‘cheat’ so to say… using her magic she moved instead letting the element fill her and shift her into light. Lasius had experience with his element even though his body was remade because he’d always been a Sedi and his body wasn’t too different; but she wouldn’t let him take advantage too easily. After all, he hadn’t agreed to a gamble but what was the point of a race if you couldn’t collect if you won?

Wynne smiled openly at the sound of her father’s laughter; it had been too long since she heard it. She hugged him freely, pulling away to let him stand, joining him as she moved to her feet again, ignoring the fact that the pale blue clothing she wore was now completely covered in mud and that her hair was almost completely fell loose of it’s prior claim braided to her head, and that the scythe she had been carrying was buried somewhere in the muck around. Reaching up a dirty hand she pushed the hair from her face as she watched the events transpire around Daegan and the dark haired Sedian woman, though the idea indeed of a warm bath and food sounded heavenly. Though as she was offered to take the Captain home she turned, arching a brow slightly though in no way mocking, merely curious.
She said nothing for a few minutes as Lasius and Malkate exchanged words, than erupted into storm and she sighed, shaking her head though her blue eyes were glittering with laughter. She moved towards Ishmael, unsure of how to greet him. She’d curtsey if she had the skirts but seeing as they were both dirty and she was wearing pants she nodded her head in a polite greeting, trying to wipe her hands on her pants as much as she could to get the dirt and muck off, slightly annoyed that already her Father marched off again but such was duty; to his people and to her Uncle Lasius. Now though, she would be left again to try and entertain herself in what was bound to be a time of peace. Not that the idea of the world almost ending every ten minutes was a pleasant one; simply the boding of ill that she still felt about the entire situation.
Instead she turned her attentions towards the pale man and smiled a true smile, for her nature was normally pleasant and kind and she’d not heard the man’s words earlier about the Air Sedi.
“I can bring you anywhere you want, back to your ship and your men though I’m guessing would be the best place to go.” She paused, a mischievous glitter coming into her blue eyes. “So tell me more about your life at sea, if you don’t mind, this could be a longer trip as I can’t travel with someone as fast as my Uncle or Father.”
